Complaint guide · Evidence before allegation

How to document a Cloudbet complaint.

A useful complaint is specific, time-stamped and supported by records. Anonymous posts can identify issues to investigate, but they do not establish what happened in an individual case.

Before contacting support

Preserve the transaction trail.

Save the account ID, bet or withdrawal ID, asset and network, amount, transaction hash, UTC date and time, relevant terms, screenshots and every support response. Do not edit the original files; keep a copy of what the interface displayed at the time.

Submit one clear complaint to Cloudbet

Cloudbet's terms direct complaints to support@cloudbet.com. Include a short chronology, the exact outcome requested and the evidence identifiers. Avoid opening conflicting tickets unless support asks you to do so.

Cloudbet's terms say complaints relating to a bet should be notified within 30 days of the transaction. Submit promptly even if you are still collecting secondary evidence.

If the complaint remains unresolved

The current Cloudbet terms say a customer may refer a dispute to CADRE after receiving a final response or after a reasonable period without resolution. CADRE describes itself as a customer dispute service certified by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Review its eligibility and submission requirements before sending personal records.

  1. Ask Cloudbet for its final written position and keep the ticket reference.
  2. Prepare a short timeline and label each supporting file.
  3. Remove unrelated sensitive data while preserving relevant evidence.
  4. Use CADRE's official submission route and retain the confirmation.

How BETPROOFLAB treats complaint reports

We do not label an operator unsafe from an unsupported allegation, and we do not dismiss a complaint because it appeared online. We look for transaction evidence, consistent timelines, operator responses, repeat patterns and independently checkable records. This standard protects readers and complainants from confident but unverified claims.
