Typically within 24 hours after confirmation.
This is Cloudbet's current policy statement, not our promise of a fixed payout time. Account review, the selected asset, network congestion and incorrect payment details can all affect the overall time before funds arrive.
How to request a crypto withdrawal
- Open the cashier and choose withdrawal, then select the correct cryptocurrency.
- Enter a wallet address that supports the exact asset and network shown.
- Add a destination tag or memo when the receiving platform requires one.
- Review the displayed minimum withdrawal and blockchain fee before confirming.
- Track the request in your account and use the transaction ID once it is broadcast.
Deposit playthrough before withdrawal
Cloudbet's current anti-money-laundering playthrough policy distinguishes between verified and unverified accounts. Unverified users must wager the full deposited or tipped amount once. Verified users must wager 25% of that amount before withdrawal.
| Account status | Published playthrough | Example on $100 |
|---|---|---|
| Unverified | 1× deposit or tips | $100 in qualifying wagers |
| Verified | 0.25× deposit or tips | $25 in qualifying wagers |
Daily withdrawal limits and verification
Cloudbet currently publishes a $2,200 daily withdrawal limit for Level 1 accounts. It says fully verified Level 2 accounts have no daily withdrawal limit. Uploading documents alone is not enough: the higher status applies only after verification is approved.
“No daily withdrawal limit” does not remove blockchain fees, asset minimums, security checks or other terms. The cashier's current on-screen amount and fee are the practical figures to confirm for any specific transaction.
What to check before your first deposit
- Whether you are comfortable completing identity verification if requested.
- Whether the chosen exchange or wallet accepts the exact Cloudbet withdrawal network.
- The playthrough rule that will apply to your account status.
- The current minimum, fee and any calendar reward claims still pending.
